Perhaps Dragon is cashing in some of their shares. Price has now dipped below placement price which is normal. Still expecting a little lower but this should be the final leg of the downtrend. A wave 5 if you like. Looks like the coming low will have some bullish divergences in both the weekly and daily indicators.
