And I agree with Rocket-Fuel. It's not as though that's new scrip ...merely vendor shares, long on the register, being released from escrow.
Most unlikely Floate et al will even notice, let alone sell any of it. His/their days are consumed with building the business, which is plainly offering services in high demand - and their reputations, more than anyone's, hang on its success.
Anecdotally, they're run off their feet - particularly now, re-contracting CRO's earlier customers to the post-Telstra setup, in addition to accommodating new work.
You catch a flavour of that in yesterday's Announcement where it was mentioned two new members had been added to the implementation team.
As to Hartleys ...yes, its follow-through support is surprisingly limp You'd think, having set its client base, a bit of good old-fashioned market-making, maybe some sort of report on the Company might follow.
