its interesting to note that the resolutions 6A and 6B were voted against, the exact number of shares that vetoed the resolutions is the exact number our number one holder Mongbwalu has in there account, I guess they didnt want the dilution either as the shares being issued under 6A and 6B were at .014 currently a 30% discount to the current trading price, great move.
