re: Ann: REJECT - Unsolicited takeover offer ... Yes, nut the directors are just giving you their stance and what they think you should do. You can sign the paperwork and sell your shares for 28c, but on-screen you can sell them for 29c right now, so doesn't really make sense. They are your shares and the directors can really only give you direction. I have already thrown away the paperwork not even worth my time to read the offer I received in the mail.
