Agree.
I have been a longterm investor with >100k shares for a couple of years. This was a pure Management and communication failure. I dont understand why Zeta is accepting this way of behavior. I am very disappionted and Will Not participate (no reason as market price is the same). Maybe thus it will fail to get the full CR?
