Ok lets put this in perspective for a Mom and dad investor, If you put 1000 bucks into savings in 2017 and waited a year y0u'd see a net return of what ?
So if you waited 1 year from now and it hits the teens (all things being equal ) ....is there a comparison?
So sell today for what you can get or wait and actually have a ROI ...you choose. All IMO and the market is ficke as you know but good fundamentals and profitable returns win out most of the time. DYOR.
