They will release a 'target' probably soon (today? next week? feb?). But they will seek to confirm their target and updated assumptions prior to DFS completion - so multiple steps as I see them;
1) estimated target increase (we will probably see multiple of these as we progress - "Vector anticipates X and will do ABC to confirm, drilling etc.").
2) updates to confirm, as exploration progresses, how big this is and updating target resource size along the way
3) confirmation of resource size, before or as part of DFS?
Might be off a bit in some of the terminology but that's the general idea, at least it's my expectation.
