Hey mate , I think we are sitting at this SP ATM because of the uncertainty of some points you have mentioned . Escrow being a very valid point , and a little confusing I agree ! Im thinking we will not be waiting long for some clarity though , as the waiver was knocked on the head I would think we will see a AGM announcement very soon laying out some of the points you have mentioned.
So in a nutshell , we wait for some clarity , the guessing game is overrated
Ps. On another note , VEC is trading ok to some many other ASX plays out there anyway, been plenty of carnage in that last half of 2018. As for slow announcements Lol , Spec End , I can go to any thread on Hot Copper and hear the same complaint
