Personally, I don’t think that VEC has an
intention of mining AK but rather adding it to a portfolio that ultimately makes Vector a very attractive takeover target. They may not have the capital or scale requiredy to fully implement these mines but do they really have to. Get AK to DFS point, offer up and sell out to one of the majors who has the capital to make it all add up
in a rising gold market.
