A few comments from me, sorry I have been a bit quiet here recently - Not ashamed to admit I had a certain expectation that was not met, not telling other holders anything they don't know, but really has left a sour taste.
Recent posts here have struck a chord with me, and I really do feel a lot of time gets put into the forums here, and evidently it is to little or no avail - so I'm going to stick to posting less and just posting when it's useful - Not going to waste my life fighting the trolls anymore lol.
Credit to 952i for his post, some good research as always, and I have followed his posts for a long time (I think we actually started trading around the same time?). So it should be a great confidence to all holders that he is still holding and confident on prospects of VEC.
My observations on recent trading;
1. Long term holders have shoulders risk of a failed acquisition and supported the company for over a year - we have not been rewarded for that risk or conviction, and in fact have lost out because of opportunity loss and unnecessary risk - but hindsight is a wonderful thing, and if we had our time again i'm sure we wouldn't have done it any different. So whilst its suck, suck it up I guess!
2. The RvR on Vector was already amazing for those with the foresight to see it. The risk has now significantly decrease, and the next 'hurdle' is now 9 months away at DFS - which not unlike the wait for acquisition, has a risk of not going through yes, but it is up to each of us to determine that probability. I personally am very confident on the risk vs reward for DFS, and I believe that comes from having done a lot of research and networking with other like minded investors who have the commitment to their investments to go as deep as they can on their DD - you know who you all are, and readers of VEC shouldn't be hard to guess who these individuals are - 'overtly bullish' posters who have had long term sustained success in the markets and are intelligent are rarely just lucky- so make of what what you will.
3. The recent selling... what can I really say other than I think it is absurd. With 9 months until the next critical point in Vectors future, with dilution escrow to avoid overhead insider dumping if things look shaky, and with highly probably resource upgrades (I would say 100% probable, but the point of this post isn't to get shot down, so it's all my opinion).
4. Selling has been on incredibly low volume (particularly yesterday). We have had MUCH higher volume days surrounding news such as project funding announcements etc. during 2018, so so see this low volume sell off from the 'sell the news' holders does not concern me, they were always going to exist and are exacerbated by a 12 month hold, something IMO the buyers are acutely aware of, and are playing this to their advantage. My assessment is therefore that the supply that has pushed us to 2.2 is nothing more than sheep promptly following each other to the exits, T2 traders getting stuck and covering, plus accumulation putting the brakes on (how many times have we seen this already). For all the profile VEC has, do we really think there is no demand out there? No, in my opinion this is being eaten by patient smart money, and we are in a painfully obvious accumulation phase - large price drops on small volume is a key indicator to look for here also, as smart money will just suck out all they can on each swing in the trading channels (yet to form, if they form...).

5. Regarding the gap - it always happens... compounded by the 2.2 CR, these both act as strong magnets. The fact that CR is escrow usually doesn't matter, there's a psychological element that says "If they got it at 2.2, the prie must be worth 2.2". Flawed logic, but it seems to have a dominant influence on the market, so here we are. Let it fill and let's move on I say - but it will probably fill slowly as a few pips above that gap fill is EXACTLY where you want to be accumulating, as the fear and panic sees more people let there shares go.
6. Regarding the fundamentals and valuation of Vector. I'm honestly too astounded to discuss it... It's blindingly obvious we are undervalued, and if people can't see it with all the info that has been shared, they just aren't going to see it IMO. They will buy in when the price starts to move and FOMO hits, my strategy is obviously get set before the big moves that are coming, something that has rewarded me very well in my trading career so far, but that is obviously my opinion only and people need to DYOR.
I said I wasn't going to buy anymore - but yesterday was another 700k for me- I am full to the eyeballs and this is either going to make or break my account. Given the downside risk in the next 9 months, an RvR I can still sleep comfortably at night taking.
My only final statement is that if you are selling, be mindful of why - don't sell because of fear or what others are saying. No new information has been brought to light (except shares escrow, and project signed and de-risked - both positives), so what has changed? If you didn't sell at 2c why sell at 2.3, 2.5 or even 3? Nothing against selling general, but just don't want to see long term holders get absolutely no rewarded for supporting the company. At the end of the day it won't matter if you do sell, this is still only headed in one direction in my opinion, so good luck to everyone whether you are buying, selling, sold, or holding.
I will be posting a lot less here moving forward until there is something meaningful to discus, and I hope I still see all of my favorite names in these threads when the re-rate begins. GLTAH
