I think the ‘price not held’ on VEC when you put it in perspective is actually staggering - only ever fell 50% from its highs (i.e. to current level base), and that was a result of stupidly long delays, high uncertainty and risk. Most stocks, even without those megatives will usually retrace more than 50%, someothey go back a full 90-100% if they are just hot air. VEC has actually held its price well considering and I think thats testament to the RvR holders were exposed to for holding onto that high risk and uncertainty - the latter of the Rs which we are about to experience.
Completely agree there will be a series if highs, and depending on your investment outlook you need to decide what is a oruce you want in at to catch part of the move you are looking for (perhaps that means holding until resource upgrade or DFS, so even the guy or gal who buys the ST high may still be rewarded in long term when next wave hits, however far away that is who knows! Could be today for all we know or could be Feb).
Just my 2 cents from a trading perspective, let’s not oversimplify and call stocks a pump and dump when in fact the complete opposite traits can be observed
