yep. The 24th of july ANN indicated $70m was historical cost. As such, i would expect the fair value to be lower due to natural attrition/depreciation over time. Further, from an accounting perspective, if assets are acquired via debt, then there is net asset position of nil. You cant just ignore the related liabilities in determining FV of a business when basing on accounts. I note though there are numerous ways to determine FV.
