With respect you don’t understand how smart money buys. If they are buying and you are benefiting, they’re doing it wrong.

If they are buying and you are panicking and negatve, they have played retail emotions well.

If you think this isn’t a buy at $35m MC then you are clearly only looking at technicals - which is fine if that’s yoru thing. I agree no aupport it set yet on TA, but to insinuate therefore no smart money buying? well that’s just ignorant IMO
