With $50m+ in the bank and a market capitalisation of $14m a strong possibility is that Jiameng or other Chinese investors could announce a takeover and buy all of the shares.
They could use some of the bank balance to pay for the takeover. They would end up owning 100% of the shares and it hasn’t cost them anything.
