You would have to think a re-rate would be on the cards if it is approved and there is as much cash as the audited financials state.

can't stop people from selling a 23 cents stock for 3.4 cents, but you can BUY BUY BUY if you are confident, SAFE will approve the transfer.

i can't see a reason why SAFE would not approve the transfer.
