I see we're in a similar position, I bought $10k at 4c before buying more at 3.2c
I'm not an optimist. The optimistic view would be the company growing it's revenue and profit margin again.
That plus the money on hand would mean the company would he worth about 40c+
I don't see that happening but it would be a nice surprise.
On the other hand, the money is there and the capacity to get it out exists. I don't see any reason to be pessimistic about that.
In my mind that puts a floor on the stock at 20c and accounting for the risk discount that still exists, the lowest figure I could imagine would be 10c per share. That's taking into account that in wild scenarios,yes it could be worth 0 and it could be worth 45c.
But that's true with any stock's valuation. When you discount for risk with any stock you're already assuming the possibility of 0.
