Great summary R-7. CFO made the mistake a lot of early stage companies make. Over-promising and under-delivering. I'm a large shareholder in A3D and it ran from 20c IPO to $5.39 four months later. The CEO/co-founder was over-optimistic on revenues and timelines slipped. This is not unusual with start ups/early stage tech companies.
CFO in my opinion is a potentially very big company. Now they just have to keep ticking boxes and make sure they manage their capital well and don't have to dilute further at really low valuations.
I'm not a buyer yet.
