For the last two years CAQ has been in negotiations with several government entities from different states in Malaysia, my understand there were going to be two very large scale fish farms and a number of small ones.

The main reason why these have not yet come to fruition is this ongoing global financial crises.

Many projects were simply put on hold but not cancelled, the federal Government have always been very supportive in establishing large scale aquaculture in their country.

For someone to invest $400k into Cell, one would need to be assured that their investment was not only safe but going to give them a good return.

I think the company already has a commitment from one of the states in establishing a farm [size unsure] and if thats the case then it would not surprise me in seeing the share prise clime back up to 10 cents very soon, the thing is the big players are holding and probably accumulating until an announcement is made.
