how do you figure this company is devalued? It's lucky to have a value of $6m let alone $1. It has no cash, no revenue, just a bit of IP which has yet to be proved to worth anything. Looks like Peter Burns already had his next venture lined up with a company called Bullseye Mining - he features in a preso as an executive director.
