Hi Chichi. The Underwriter (and any associated sub-underwriters) have up to 15 (working) days from offer close to provide funds in full. The 35m shortfall share can only be issued once the funds have been received. No doubt we will see another announcement when the 35m shares are issued in the next few weeks.
