Yes this is the type of raise that should have been done at around 6c before the whole Bergen debacle.
Make no mistake though without positive news flow from the Co the sp is gunna be under pressure once around 200 million shares hits the market, in at 0.029 and out around theses levels is a dam nice profit in a short time.
