My guess is that the work done "during the latter half of 2017" on the other tenements was necessary so as to satisfy WAMD expenditure requirements.
It would have been nice to know before yesterday though that:
1. Orient South (new name?) Cashmans Project had 17 aircore holes drilled there , seemingly looking for cu-au-ag = Wodger and Forrest after a gravity survey just done before the drilling (I think) likened the area to that of W-F - just a sniff of cu-au-ag found in 1 of the holes.
2. Micks Well (new name to me) Cashmans Project had 45 rock chip samples tested followed by 36 aircore holes looking for, and finding too, gold.
3. Beatty Park ( I know that name) Cashmans Project had 7 aircore holes drilled there following re-processing of some previously-done ground gravity data likened it to Wodger/Forrest geology - a positive response in 1 hole of silver and lead. Hmmm! Interesting!
4. Horseshoe Well Project had no drilling, but may do so later - mapping, geochem and geophysics so far.
5. Feathercap (another new name to me) Morcks Well Project had 19 aircore holes drilled and gold was found.
6. Morcks South (another new name to me) Morcks Well project had 35 aircore holes drilled there looking for cu-au but only alteration noted in 2 holes. The ann says 'positive' though.
7. Citra (I know that name) Morcks Well Project had 30 aircore holes drilled there, most of which turned up vanadium and titanium. This did not surprise as those 2 minerals had been found before. The mineralisation was mapped for 460 ms and is open along strike and at depth.
That's a basic summary. Figure 1 on page 2 shows where all are located, except Horseshoe. It's at the top though. Refer to Fig 9 on page 13.
Cashmans will get worked on during the next 3 to 6 months. See pages 5 and 6 for all relevant information. Imo Cashmans promised a lot but never delivered. It seems that the data relied on was not 100%. This is from page 5: '......a recent review of the historical geochemical data has highlighted some issues with the data, including batch effects, the use of analytical methods with too high detection limits, and incomplete suites of pathfinder elements. The effectiveness of the historical geochemistry is now questionable, furthermore, historical sampling was concentrated around historical prospects and large areas have been inadequately tested.'
Forrest-Wodger- Big Billy will be worked on at the same time as Cashmans, including this: 'Systematic aircore drilling programme between Forrest and Big Billy prospects, to establish complete geochemical sampling coverage along the prospective trend for new target identification.' That's heading north of course. Have a look at Fig 3 on page 5. At first glance it looks the same as the depiction in the previous ann, but a close look reveals that it is a bit different - the left hand side! But what are the green dots? What drilling programme was that?
