Sometimes, it takes an awfully long time for 'a penny to drop' ! One can see this as a problem or as an advantage:
A problem if one wants kind of 'instant gratification' and or if one contemplates to sell.
An opportunity if one wants to increase one's stake for a good future outcome.

JIMHO: Perhaps a lot of patience will be needed until the RGS share-price will fully reflect the potential of this stock? So be it.

PS: I am holding only a small position in RGS. I believe that they have achieved a very good deal in Japan.
