Looks like we are going to have to do the same thing with RGS as has just been done on ATC. Soak up all the crap and stale holders and work our way back up.
The fantastic deal just announced last week has not been factored into the SP at all!!??
There seems to be some real dead wood in this stock but volume has dropped off a lot and once it stops and most of it is soaked it should re rate fairly imo.
