In fact I haven't seen a deal where the small bio gets such a good outcome. $16.5m cash with $5.5m up front and 50/50 with the major to be responsible for production costs?? Wow...show me a better bio tech deal done in the last year for a company with a $37m MC?? All into a huge Japan market. Don't know the ins and outs of this coy but that deal is too good not to buy in on imo. DYOR
