This is a guess maybe L'AZURE is one of INuovi Cosmetics spin off brands? There was a SLA JV in Singapore - Sensaar. Which was a 50/50 co between INouvi's Mr Loh and now BPO's EMD CP [ex SLA exec]. [Mr Loh had family reps visible in the BPO top 20 not so long back] Back in 2009 SLA had CRB of the Swiss Intercos Group develop up to 37 products for trial - with five of those being Bioeffective based skincare products [I'm figuring that or part there of is L'AZURE].
