The deal as I see it, one CDI, for one share. If this was not the case the courts would not approve. This holds as long as you are a eligable share holder, if you are are a foreign share holder your stuffed.
What they are saying is the share price at the time of transfer is irrelevant.
I am not sure if it is better to have CDI's or to transfer off shore into Canada. I believe this is an option at the time of transfer. Based on money conversion rates A$ to C$ on average there is around an 8% gain for Aussies.
Long game, I think the big players, and others, are using warrants to mine cash, and dribble a small income. Therefore, not interested in increasing the share price. They may continue to flood prices to keep them low.
Saying this, I am not willing to lock in a loss just yet, I will wait and see.
