The performance of the illustrious leaders is there for all to see - they can't hide from it.

Think they need to start looking at a new acquisition to progress the business as clearly progressing Lochinvar is above their capabilities and Redmoor is out of their control. Some fresh blood will also benefit as these guys have got too comfy in the seats by looks of it.

Change doesn't come from pretending everything is rosie to make you feel better about your poor performing investment. Not 'downramping' - Just sayin' it as it is.
