Not sure what to expect with these guys, I've been to ones expecting blood baths ...nothing and some of the quieter ones suddenly explode.

Formats are normally;

Chair reads a statement about voting rules sets terms of official business

Vote of the formals by holding up your rego cars (normally need ID and HIN to enter AGMs but not always)

Chair closes meeting

then

CEO/MD will do a preso which should of been released to market that morning or just before they do the preso in person .... I normally go if I do, to read the person not the fluff that is put out to market.

Some will do a quick Q&A which can throw some interesting facts into the market which may not be widely known.

But some are just plain boring

Allow 45-80mins
