I would personally rather managment secure a strategic partner to fund and develop the project. Most likely we would get very little for the project if we were to sell at the moment. Yes this would be used to fund Redmoor and give us some cash, but Lochinvar could be huge if developed.

Also seeing how slow it has been to get our projects to their current state, I would hate to go through that again if we had the cash to develop a new project.

If they can secure a good price for it though, then it would be good to off load it and fast track Redmoor to provide some cashflow
