Your timing is the issue. You want this capped imo. Obviously once other funding dries up the need for a CR is there and that's true for all micro caps. But my point is that that could be a long way off, so new investors need not be concerned about it, like you are trying to make them by only stating half the facts. By not giving a time frame you indicate one. Simple.
