"inevitable raising" - for the sake of the "balanced argument" you love so much, maybe you should be careful to add that Redmoor is funded till April. We still have close to $1mil in the bank, we have another asset in Lochinvar that could likely be sold to fund this project and most importantly we can dilute our 50% holding in Redmoor if need be to pay for future works...
