So if they were to progress lochinvar based on todays numbers it would be producing value at 44c a share.... assuming they JV to get it going at 50% = 22c. Note that his would indicate the shares inbuilt value, not what the share is traded at as it may pay a dividend or be at some multiple of this to reflect the continued possible growth... its all just IMO and complete crystal ball gazing.
its a slow day, but these numbers are appealing.
