re: Ann: Redflex Board unanimously recommends... asf - your right. a high risk low reward play.
I bought 1/3 of my holding at $2.4 when there was an offer >$3 on the table and a further 2/3 when the price dropped to 2.21 a couple weeks before the offer.
The share price would have bombed if the deal had not gone through...much further down than 2.21 in my opinion... all I can say is we must thank our lucky stars that the board of TGR is not the board of RDF.
