agree, I feel like this could be well played by a few parties to purchase a company while its on its knees begging...

from one of the announcements;

"noting that, as these assets represent the main undertaking of the Company, shareholder approval will be sought prior to the finalisation of any transaction. "

Richard is a large shareholder, so I'm sure he is doing everything he can. Basically need a hail Mary debt facility of $40M to cover redemptions and provide working capital...that isn't going to happen...
