re: Ann: Red Sky completes major transaction ... Based on a wide range of possibilities, 0.004 is probably not far off being the right price IMO. Upgrades will come as either the value of the remaining assets becomes more apparent, or the option to purchase the remaining 20% gets exercised by ERM.

From ERM's perspective, if they think they are likely to exercise their option, they would want to buy as many shares as they could at any price up to 0.006.
