I have been waiting for my new car.
I arrive at the dealership to collect my car only to be told that they need another 2 days to fix the sticky brakes. How should I feel?
2 days later I return to be told they need a further 2 days to adjust the transmission. How should I feel now?
Another 2 days later I am told that they require a further 2 days is needed to tweak the fuel injection system? How should I be feeling now?
Another 2 days is then required to adjust the suspension. How should I feel now?

Has this experience filled me with confidence if I am considering to invest in purchasing a second car for my wife? The dealership has been established many years and has from all reports a very experienced management team.

Would not contingencies be factored into my sales agreement before setting me a date to collect my car?
