Surandy, as you know, any commissioning is complicated. Alcoa's relationship with Empire is strong and their commitment to make sure the Facility is working to an optimal level is noteworthy. Things don't just happen overnight especially in the petroleum industry. The Facility is already delivering gas to Alcoa and daily deliveries of condensate to BP. There is revenue coming in. Regardless of the fact that we are continuing to be in a commissioning period which is not abnormal, this is still excellent news for shareholders.
