Daffyduck, I wouldn't assume it is being held up by ERM. The share price movement would have sparked some interest and there will be people now looking into the company and at the positive things the company is doing e.g. North Perth Basin exploration programme, future drilling in EP389 adjacent to the Facility, contracts with Alcoa and BP and Across the Basin Farmout opportunity with Macquarie Capital.
When stock starts to move there is obviously going to be some interest elsewhere as a knock on. Add in that we were at the WA Basin Symposium conference recently and had a lot of interested parties come to the Booth.
ERM have said they want to take a 10% stake in the company and I'd imagine that they will most likely follow through with this. This was in the latest article in The West Australian, which has generated some interest and our website is fairly comprehensive.
I've been on the phone to press today again and a few other potential shareholders. Everything at this point in time is looking pretty good.
