Don't really understand your 1st question...
2nd, if i was to guess would be for investors. The amount of announcements that has come out and no response from market, you can tell how frustrated they are getting from the non responsive market and it shows when they are being interviewed, they are trying to show us what goodies they have and no one seems to be listening.
basically, trying to tell the market they are very confident in what they have.
