Seems a little odd for an NR. And it was more like a statement of future intent than news itself. So the market's non-response makes sense to me.
So, questions. 1) does the recent news fill in all the knowledge / data / results gaps that would need to be filled to get us to this NR? It's not clear to me , but may be to some of you. And 2) If this is not for us, who is the message in this NR aimed at?
