if you are referring to degrey about studies then it is simple. 1st going full bore and drilling will still entertain a take over, no way of escaping that when you have the goods. 2nd the studies are for them, t
if they have plans on mining it themselves which they do (fingers crossed they can counter a takeover) then they want to make sure it's the real deal.
a lot of companies have gone bust because they didnt have a business plan, they are making sure they have dotted their i's and crossed their t's.
