Here is the problem with your much vaunted top 20 list. It tell you nothing!
Nine off the top eleven holders listed in the annual report are nominee companies. That means that the actual owners of those shares are not known to anyone other than the nominee company, so they are basically anonymous holders. These shares represent 27.96% of the company. Red River does not know the beneficial owner of those shares.
Tribeca Investment Partners is listed as a significant holder with 7.27% but is not listed in the top twenty. Why???Because their holding is with one or more of the nominee companies.
Tribeca has followed the law and done the right thing. They have told RVR that they hold more than 5% of the company but they are not on the top twenty holders list as their shares would then be counted twice, once in their own name and once with the unknown nominee company (there is no indication as to which nominee company they hold with). So holdings of up to 5% can easily be concealed from all including the company.
