Seemed like an odd transition at the time but Modun would still be banging their head against a wall trying to deal with the Mongolian officials if they were still there. Checked out what was happening with that Nuurst coal project a while back, the answer was nothing. Tian Poh appeared to be having the same issues that Modun had.
