I am sure there is something to that, but am not convinced those "accidental" holders will have as much influence as you intimate - from memory SFX holders received 1 CWX share for every 11.4 SFX shares they held.

Now there would be a few larger holders, but even if you had 100,000 SFX shares, you would only have received 8,771 CWX shares, hardly enough to be a major drain on CWX after the IPO.

If the SFX holders had participated in the SPP to increase their holding of CWX, then they could hardly be described as "reluctant".

You may well be right, but my take on the lethargic nature of the trading is that it is no different to most other explorer tickers - barely anyone will add high value to anything still "in ground". Especially with such a long lead time to any meaningful revenue flow, and with such a lot of likely dilution (cap raisings etc.) to come to develop a JORC and the bankable feasibility study etc.

No doubt the SP can, and probably will, increase from here, but the market will probably also fluctuate quite wildly, providing excellent trading opportunities along the way.

Happy holding, as an SFX holder too, and happy to sit tight for the next three or more years whilst this evolves - and IMO, it will evolve very nicely over that time.
