those that have already looked at the data room may not have been prepared to pay say 55c but now the low offer of 38c has come in it may be that say 45c would be appealing to them
given the large t/o over the past 2 days around 33c it is possible that someone has been building a stake?
cant see much point in selling now given that someone might come in a little bit higher
