PGO require more than 50% of shareholder approval. I refuse to allow being taken over in an opportunistic way and be given a financial loss and bought on the cheap. So i’m Voting NO. I urge other shareholders to vote NO too. The directors have only cared about themselves as they have made their profits and couldn’t give a stuff about the shareholders.
