End of the day I believe it's a good offer unfortunately for us no mills are available and all the options where exhausted by PGO management to mine colgardie so what else can the company do really ? No finance from broker or banks to get more cash to move forward also why are people selling below the offer are they selling out of anger at 15-20% less than the offer price
