    The acid test will be what will happen after the end of the offer period. Cash will be low so will director's choose to draw down on the Hanking loan or look to go for a CR. It'll all be determined of how willing the director's are of accommodating Hanking, and going by the 5.75c 'ACCEPT' recommendation it might be a tough slog for SH.
