@catsize I respect your right to disagree but at the same time won't be sanitizing my opinions to please anyone. In the investing world I thrive on holding unpopular ideas which are correct and that's true of my political views also.
That's another discussion though.
I agree with the comment that the reserve for this auction has been set at 83c - either an oil price rally or another offer could see the price closer to value so I will HOLD.
I will be voting my 67,000 or so shares AGAINST the bid and if these directors are still in control in a year I will seek to have them removed for screwing me/(most shareholders) in the capital raising - before they get the opportunity to do it again without consultation.
